What does Pesach and Mashiach have to do with each other? |
* Pesach is the time which
G-d delivered His people from Egypt. So it was Mashiach Yeshua who delivered us from
Spiritual Egypt.
* Mashiach and His death on the
cross is a form of the same Korban (Sacrifice) which HaShem needed to "Pass over
us", and our sins!

| Vayikrah {23:5} In the first month, on the fourteenth day of
the month at even, is HaSHEM's Pesach. {23:6} On the fifteenth day of the same month is
the feast of maztah to HaSHEM: seven days you shall eat maztah. {23:7} In the first day
you shall have a kadosh convocation: you shall do no servile work. {23:8} But you shall
offer an korban made by fire to HaSHEM seven days: in the Sabbath is a kadosh convocation;
you shall do no servile work. |
